Postdocs

Graduate students
Prospective students are encouraged to apply to EECS, Physics, or AS&T PhD programs. Please mention your interest in our group in your application. We recruit students every year!
Berkeley undergraduates
Berkeley undergraduates interested in quantum hardware research can fill out this research interest form. We have limited spots (about 1–2 per year) to mentor student projects.
Background in linear circuits (e.g. EE105), electromagnetics (EE117, Physics 110A/B), and quantum mechanics (Physics 137A/B) is preferred. Students interested in superconducting qubit research are strongly encouraged to study course materials here. If you self-study these materials and solve the assignments, we can likely find a research project for you!
